Just left the courthouse with my life back after hiring Guillermo for my case! He is simply the best lawyer there is. I was looking at multiple years and Guillermo had my case reduced from a felony to a misdemeanor. Without a question I would recommend him to anybody and everybody if they ever need help facing anything. After finding myself in situation that required an attorney, I asked some friends for recommendations. When my buddy referred me to Guillermo, they said, “he advocated for me when I felt that I didn’t deserve it and got me the result I needed”. I felt like I was in a similar situation, so I was eager to speak with Guillermo. He made it clear that he is not a plea-factory and will be fighting my case to the fullest. Due to the details of my situation, the State was not willing to provide any deals that would reduce my charges. As a result, we took the case to trial. Guillermo was confident but of course did not assure me of the result, b/c ultimately the final decision will be decided by jury of 6. As the trial progressed, I could see why Guilermo was confident. He was able to cast doubt on my guilt, while cross-examining the arresting police officer with precise questions. The trial concluded with the words “Not Guilty” being read out by the jury. It is hard to express the relief I felt as well as how grateful I was to have made the decision to hire Guillermo. Every case is different, but I am not too sure how many attorneys would’ve been eager to fight and/or produce a “Not Guilty” verdict. I will be forever grateful for the eagerness and expertise of Guillermo.
