My daughter and I brought her little dog here to have her Desexing done which seemed a very smooth procedure from start to finish. We dropped her off that morning and they rang us a couple of hours later to pick her up. They were very thorough with instructions prior to her operation and also post operation. On collection we were given very informative information on the do's and don't of her care, we were given her medication and a cone for around her neck. We got a phone call 24 hours after her operation to see how she was going and if we had any concerns or worries. They have also booked us in for her 1 week post op appraisal which is good, so they can check her all over to make sure everything is healing well. They so far have been very good to deal with friendly staff, very professional and reasonable pricing. Our little dog didn't like the cone around the neck, so we bought her a little pink onesie which she preferred better, it also stopped her from licking her wound site and scratching. ( We didn't buy the onsie from the vet just to be clear) but it worked a treat

Decided to return to the Lost Dogs home & visit the vet hospital after adopting our rescue Frenchie from the nearby & associated lost dogs home. From the friendly greeting to the quick wait to the level of service & care shown by the vet, I cat recommended the lost dogs home vet hospital enough!

I have now visited the clinic several times after adopting a beautiful girl from the LDH. I'm really happy with the service they have provided & the way they handle her. Being a big dog she is still unsure of people however they have been amazing with her. Even though this clinic is about 25mins away I will continue to bring my fur baby here as I'm really satisfied with their service. The staff are all wonderful! Thank you 😊

The Lost Dogs' Home Vet Hospital was a fantastic place for my cat to get dental surgery. They were half the price of a commercial vet, and they were very attentive to both my cat and to me. They scheduled a follow-up appointment at no charge to make sure she was healing well (she was), and everyone there was courteous, compassionate and professional. Wonderful reception staff too -- very clear with communication, helpful and proactive. Highly, highly recommend for all veterinary needs.

Great clinic, great staff. especially the practice manager and Dr Ton. Been going there since 2010/2011. Always accommodating and so empathetic & sympathetic when we had to put one of our dogs down, went far and beyond what other vets would do- gave us all the time we needed, took us in last minute, and stayed behind until we were ready even after the clinic’s operating our has ceased for the day. Could not thank them enough. Always quick to respond with enquiries and very caring nature and best advice provided with many options and detailed explanations. Highly recommended would not go anywhere else! Thank you!
