Poor customer service. Unsure why the phone representative seemed annoyed by my asking if they could only service certain rooms. Initially told $199 an hour and then I call back to be told it’s a minimum hour and a half for $298.

They did a fabulous job once again. The team was very kind and professional, and our windows look absolutely spotless inside and out.
