I’ve been using Monster Minders for over ten years, and I can honestly say they are the best pet-care team you’ll find in Philadelphia. Not only did they walk my dogs for more than a decade, but they were also a trusted resource whenever I needed advice—whether it was about trainers, medical care, or any other dog-related concern. Garvin was our primary walker, and he was truly exceptional. Over the years, he became part of our family (or really, part of our pack!). I’ve had dogs with challenging personalities and, later in life, age-related issues like blindness. Through every phase, I never once worried when they were in Garvin’s care. His kindness, patience, and intuitive understanding of my dogs made all the difference. Honestly, I think my dogs believed he was their dad! We’ve had substitute walkers over the years as well, and every single one of them has been professional, reliable, and caring. The entire Monster Minders team sets the standard for what great pet care should look like. I cannot recommend this company—or any of their walkers—highly enough. If you’re looking for people who will love and care for your pets as if they were their own, Monster Minders is it.

The Monster Minders are absolutely the BEST dog walking service in the city. They are incredibly reliable, communicative, and trustworthy with my fur baby. They truly try their best to maintain the same walker for your pet in order to foster a consistent relationship for the walker AND your pet. The scheduling app allows for flexibility as well, but still values consistency over everything. Their employees (I've had 2 walkers and also Lindsay and Carrie) are clearly valued at their job, and it's clear that the employees take pride in their work and are well taken care of. I believe that massively reflects in their work. The walk updates are always so enthusiastic and put a smile on my face just when I'm missing my pup the most! I cannot recommend them enough.

I have had the Monster Minders help me with midday walks for my dog Luna since she was about 8 months old and she is turning 13 later this year. I have found them to be absolutely wonderful for over a decade. Our current Minder is Emily, and she is so good with Luna. I trust her to care for my dog the way I do, and Luna loves her and her daily walk time. I also get a daily note with a photo about Luna's walk and it is the absolute highlight of my day - Emily is a photo genius. I cannot recommend the Monster Minders enough. I truly have peace of mind and complete trust in their care.
