I always see the same nail tech at the Norwood nail bar - Angela - and she always does an excellent job. Angela is quick and careful, the shape is always perfect... always neat and flawless and lasts really well. Easy to communicate with and she works at 2 salon locations. Definitely recommend.

Edit to add more photos. I booked a manicure and pedicure. Both were meant to include a massage, neither did. The products they claim to use on their website are a lie, everything they used was clearly cheap eg fluoro pink soap. What earned them the lowest possible rating was that she damaged my nails. Natural nails, I wear them short for work. She used a machine grinder thing over the whole nail and again around the cuticle end. I said to her that she's damaged my nail, she said she was pushing the cuticle up. For one, I look after my cuticles and they weren't there to push up so that was my nail plate you just turned to powder, and for two 'push' doesn't involve something that looks like it belongs in woodwork class. In the photo, what looks like dried cuticle is the damage caused by the grinder. That's on every finger. Edit to add: I emailed and no one ever got back to me. Their products are cheap crap, not the ones shown on the website. You wouldn’t decant an expensive product into a cheap bottle, none of the colours matched the website, and the products smelled cheap. I’ve attached a second photo that shows the pinker, new nail growing out and the darker, damaged nail caused by this place.
