I needed a bed repaired that had come off the backboard because it had not set up correctly by the movers. Bruce had an hour and he was so efficient, he was able to help me tih afer more projects. I will use Handyman again and will ask for Bruce AgainI, I was pleased from the time i spoke to Chad the owner, particularly Bruce’s wirk and dealing with Cindy who was so efficient helping with bill my paying. Everything online. I am fairly new to Nashville and ii am so pleased to find this Handyman service. I wish i live next doir. Lol. If i could give 10 stars i would. .

Ryan did an outstanding job installing two mailboxes for us. The project required pouring concrete slabs, and he handled everything with professionalism and skill. He was punctual, efficient, and paid close attention to detail. The finished work looks great. Highly recommend Ryan for any handyman needs!

Tim and Nick did a fantastic job helping me out. I had just moved my corporate office and was feeling overwhelmed with all the tasks I had on my list. Malcom came by yesterday and did a wonderful job repairing the trim in my kitchen and building another shelf in the utility room. Hack job had left a huge gaps separating and cracking between my trim and the ceiling. He handled the project w/ absolute care and walked me through exactly what he was going to do before he started. very pleased with how it turned out!

Had Nashville Handyman install some storage shelving in an upstairs room and backslash tile in our kitchen. Malcom did a nice job on storage shelving, it looked great. The issue came with the tile backsplash. They sent a different guy every day to do this job, and it took about 5 days total. Tiles were installed crooked and uneven, cut pieces were jagged and chipped, and the seams from the wall to the tiled area were messy and poorly thought out. They came back to fix the issues and made things even worse. The whole time the guys would say "caulking will fix that at the end", then they came back and put loads of caulk over every transition, making it look even worse. One of their guys even used caulk instead of grout while attempting to fix some of the issues. Reached out to Chad several times throughout the process. Usually got one word responses, he never came out himself to see if it was done well, and never responded to the last email when we told him it was done poorly.
