I don't know why we keep trying to use this facility. It is almost like it's your first time to ever groom a pet. You nicked her privates, shaved her little chest - spotty workmanship all over her little body. No shame, no call - we don't think you care about our pet. So disappointed with Paw Pad & staff.
We know our beloved dog is safe and cared for when we leave home. We love the daily report cards and photos. Thank you Paw Pad!
Paw Pad of Fort Worth is a wonderful place to drop off your pets for a day of care and play. If the weather permits they have a lovely outdoor area. The staff is helpful and attentive. My dogs enjoy their day and come home tired and happy.
Good things: the grooming and nail trims/dremmel are great, the location is convenient, the hours they are available make my life easier. The things they need to improve on: more people available during the busy times up front. It shouldn’t take 15-20 minutes extra, every single time, to pick up and drop off a dog during peak times, when people are dropping off and picking up, before/after work. I appreciate them taking care of my dogs and love the camera system, but more people to assist with the front office would help, so i don’t have to set aside an extra 20 minutes to get to work on time, when i need to use their daycare.
Tyrone is quite literally a miracle worker and always makes my standard parti poodle look like a model! He always goes above and beyond to make sure Zora leaves feeling clean and confident. I know that with all this hair it can’t be easy to make her look this pristine, but he somehow nails it every time. I mean…look at her! 😍😍😍 we love you, Tyrone!!!!
