Your knowledgeable, attentive, and caring approach made a significant difference in my recovery. I truly appreciated the personalized, one-on-one attention you provided. Your ability to clearly explain the treatments and help me understand the origins of my pain was invaluable. It empowered me to actively participate in my recovery and motivated me to achieve my functional goals, such as reduced pain, improved strength, and restored mobility. I also want to highlight the exceptional support from the entire staff. They created a friendly and professional environment that made each session enjoyable. What a wonderful place!! (My husband’s two knee replacements and my rotator cuff repair) The vibe is so good!! It doesn’t matter who you work with, they all know you and will watch over you. The dogs are a bonus!! Jason is an amazing leader and responsible for hiring top notch therapists that mirror his positive attitude and enthusiasm. They equipped me with the confidence needed to help myself at home whenever I had a setback. I could name many of the staff but would run out of room! The interns also add to the positive environment. The front desk staff are pleasant, friendly, kind , and upbeat. Fellow patients you see regularly make for good conversations as well. You will feel like family and you’ll actually enjoy going! We are both doing great!

Physio Shop is an outstanding Physical Therapy Company. I’ve had Bilateral AK amputations since 3/22. I’m 77 yrs old and have been going to PT since my leg losses. I got full prosthetics in 8/23 and am still working on walking without arm crutches which requires good balance. I’m working hard to get there. Physio Shop is the best group of therapists I’ve encountered! Outstanding, knowlegible and caring. Melissa and Kelly are really working hard with me. Others rotating with me have been good also. Just now getting around to writing a review. I had the best time with my recovery at the Physio Shop. This time I was at PT for my 2nd ACL and meniscus rehab. I had fully torn both and was not in the best headspace to be going through PT again, especially my senior year at UofA. Before my incident I was super active in multiple sports, so I was hoping to make a quick return to being active again. I will without a doubt say going to the Physio shop became such a routine and something I loved. I felt so much stronger than before and had such a good support system of therapists. I was actually very sad to finally pass all my return to sport testing because I really enjoyed the people working there and helping me recover, shoutout JR. I am now fully recovered and involved in all my activities again. I really cannot express how welcoming this place is and how much they impacted my year. Overall, amazing services and even better people!
