I like this place because it’s close to my home and very convenient. The space is clean and organized. It feels a bit small, but still cozy, and having a bathroom is a plus. The coaches are great, especially Nadia and Elise. They focus on you during the class and correct your form when needed. I also appreciate how respectful and understanding they are as a hijabi. Even though there are no women-only classes, they inform me in advance if there will be a male before my class so I can cancel if needed. However, I did feel some discrimination from a few other coaches, which I didn’t like. Overall, my experience was positive mainly because of Nadia and Elise.
I took my first springboard class here yesterday and it was lovely. The studio is beautiful and Cali is an excellent instructor. The class was challenging and fun, with several mods offered throughout. I'll be back! 🫶🏼
This place is such a gem! The space is warm and welcoming. I love the variety of classes offer, from yoga sculpt to springboard Pilates. The smaller class sizes mean you can get more individualized attention from instructors, which is so crucial when practicing Pilates.
