Pretty good experience. The food was well priced and tasty. We had a rough time with server unfortunately. A few items were wrong. The overall experience very fun and tons of games and stuff to do before and after you eat

First and last time at Rec Room.Well this is a place with no organization, I got eared and dropped off a menu, I watched other tables get drinks, popcorn and then there order taken all before my drink order had been taken. My waiter, no name tag, floundered around walking back and forth from the bar to the order desk. I finally had to stop him and ask for a drink, later he came and asked for the menu not what I wanted to order- so yeah I had a drink and water. Lesson learned don’t come back.

I would have given 5 stars overall but the arcade selection is much more limited in size compared to the South Common location. But the place gets 6 out 5 stars overall. The customer service and food quality is much better at this location. Ordered 7 servings of wings (different flavors and beaded and regular) and truffle fries. Service was very friendly and accommodating, food was prepared properly and was served promptly.

Fun place to spend some time, great time for both kids & adults. I will say it's disappointing how many games are out of order or just dont work some days. Staff are good at giving credits back when scanning a game that doesn't work. They can see what games were scanned. The ticket redemption is a bit crazy but most places are this way. Food is good, precautions are taken for gluten free accomodations. $10 game credit given when taken a survey expires within 30days which could be longer IMO.

We booked a table for 16 a full month in advance. On arrival the table was only set for 12, forcing half our party to stand and wait 20 min while staff pulled over an additional table. Service was slow but the issues escalated at billing. The server never mentioned that an 18% gratuity had already been automatically added to the check. Several in our group unknowingly added extra tips on top, resulting in significant over-tipping. When we pointed this out and requested a refund for the duplicate gratuity, the manager’s attitude immediately became hostile. After settling the correct bill , we attempted to open a new tab but were told we were “cut off,” despite no one in our party being overly intoxicated or causing any disturbance. When we asked for an explanation, the manager stated they had the right to refuse service, bragged about her previous experience managing a strip club, and told us they “don’t need our money.” She threatened to call security if we didn’t leave after afew of us tried to explain what we went through. This was an unnecessarily humiliating experience for a group that had simply pointed out an overcharge. The lack of communication about the auto-gratuity, combined with the manager’s aggressive and unprofessional response, made the evening unforgettable for all the wrong reasons. I strongly advise potential customers especially larger parties to consider other options. Management lacks any ability to make guests feel understood and comfortable and should maybe go back to managing a strip club not a restaurant.
