Happy with the service Didn’t get my freight discount for spending over 200 dollars but the overall experience , Updates with the specialist wine courier and the product itself was great …. Especially the product live a good Pinot … as for an award winning wine ever better Yes , I’ve had a couple before penning my review ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Wow what a selection and what great service! Chris our barman was very knowledgeable, helpful, and very accommodating. Highly recommended spot to chill, have some wine and nibbles. Very highly recommended

It was a perfect Brisbane Winter's day to host the Reserve Wine Expo 2025! The sun was out, and the air was clear as the Emporium Hotel's cursive 'E' came into view. We ducked through the entry and felt a real buzz as we floated up the spiral stairs and were warmly welcomed into the Frangipani Ballroom. Our host was there to greet and brief us on the day's proceedings; we were in for a great afternoon! The wines were beautiful, the food generous and the Emporium team was just excellent! Thanks to the vendors, the floor staff, and Executive chef for a seamless experience! Well done, Kurt and Jordyn, on another great event! See you at the next one!

The Reserve Cellar & Wine Bar go above and beyond customer service. I placed an order online and received a confirmation phone call from a real human being-that’s unheard of in this day and age! I’m so delighted with my purchases which were well packaged, promptly shipped, with signature on delivery.
