Had a 3 o'clock, top of the line $650 private birthday party booked, and it was the worst ever. Everything was dirty. No one showed up to serve the party. I've inquired with corporate and the front desk. They offered free soda for the kids. Oh, that's nice! Gee, thanks. Terrible. DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Fun Rush has gone down hill. We have been going for a few years now and it gets worse every time. First of all, it costs 50 bucks for two little kids so you expect a certain kind of service. We arrived at 9:30, paid, and the kids started playing. We were told to let the woman at the front know if we needed anything from the cafe as she was the only one working. So, if she’s the only one there, how can she do all the things a manager needs to do, and let customers in? The bathrooms have very little if any toilet paper, no paper towels, and there is trash and debris all over the carpets. By 10:45, kids are hungry and people are pouring in and some are waiting around for snacks. We went to tell the lady at the front we wanted popcorn and she told us to wait till 11:00 when another kid employee was to get there. We waited until the other employee who already seemed aggravated, came in and asked him if we could get snacks in which he told us to wait 30 minutes. Another lady told us she was told 30 minutes at 10:00 am. Hardly any snacks were stocked. There used to be a 2 hr time limit which was what the bands were for, now kids can play till whenever I guess and there gets to be too many at one time. There also doesn’t seem to be any sort of rules or times for the rock climb (how can there be with one or two employees working?), so kids are getting in front of others and people are waiting long periods. Not a pleasant experience.
It was our first time taking our toddler to a place like this. The front staff where very nice but we where ignored until we walked up to the pay counter. Thankfully having been here with friend we knew we had to fill out the consent forms before play. Overall the price was ok. We paid 62$ for 1 child, 1 adult and 3 socks. For a 180min jump time. The negative was that the toddler area is not staffed. There where constantly older kids coming and ripping through. I had to tell kids time and time again that this area was for 3 and younger. Eventually having to go find a staff to help because the lack of enforcement. This happened over and over again. We where considering having my sons 2nd bday here but after seeing the toddler area bombarded with older kids and the constant need to parent other children whose parents weren't watching them has definitely left a negative veiw in my mind about that. The toddler play area was definitely run down and beat up when it comes to the foam and cushions but when older kids weren't taking it over my 22mon old had a good time. I went around 1pm. Maybe going early in the morning will avoid the rush. Hopefully they staff the Toddler area as I saw way to much unsafe play because of big kids.
This place is DISGUSTING. Every single surface needed to be cleaned and looked as though it hadn’t been in months. The toddler area is dangerous, with several areas gapping and unsecured. A child could definitely fall through and sustain some serious injuries. The gate was also broken. The big kid play area was absolutely filthy. We won’t ever be coming back. 0/10
Fun place but has become a bit run down and doesn’t seem to be cleaned as often as it used to be. Maybe I’m just a mom but I had little confidence that this place was a clean place for my kids to play. Leaves in the bottom of the pits and some of the ball pits barely had any left. Floors need cleaning and sweeping. Slide was broken, pieces at the small kids area were broke. We left feeling a bit disappointed. Needs some maintenance!
