Had my first massage here today with Olivia and my whole experience was fantastic. From entering right through to leaving I was treated warmly and friendly. The massage itself was incredible and the atmosphere was so relaxing. 100% recommend the salon and all the staff. Huge thank you to Amy for organising everything for me.

Really poor experience. Booked in for a facial. I was really disappointed, no nice essential oils, very little massaging, the face cloths that were used did not smell clean and not all product was cleaned off my face. This was definitely the worst facial I have ever had especially for the price of £70 and it didn't even last the full hour. I will not be back.

EDIT: my wife phoned and complained and the customer service she recieved in response pulled this review from a 1 star to five, the owner Leah handled the matter exceptionally. My wife was booked in for 75 minutes, the masseuse arrived late took time to set up, and started 20 minutes later than scheduled. As if this wasn't bad enough, this time was deducted from the time paid for so she only received 55 minutes of an actual massage which she said was "half assed". This experience cost £80 and rather than feel relaxed and refreshed she left feeling ripped off, there are similar reviews here where customers just feel like cash cows, approach this business with caution if at all.

I had a wonderful experience at Secret Day Spa! I came in for a manicure and was immediately welcomed with warmth and professionalism. The atmosphere was so calm and relaxing — exactly what I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and made me feel right at home. My nails look perfect, and the whole visit felt like a little escape from the day-to-day. Highly recommend for anyone looking to be pampered in a peaceful setting!

Had a massage booked as a gift but was unwell so needed to reschedule. Rang Salon 6 times nobody was available to change appointment at the last minute. So I had missed the appointment. By the time I finally got through Leah was very rude and unpleasant on the phone call. Argued with other me whilst on the call accusing me that I hadn’t rang 6 times. Agreed to change the appointment to a later date and hung up. Very rude! The massage also was not the full time stated and very poor experience compared to other high established salons I’ve been to before. No pressure on body at all. No nice smells. No candles lit nothing. Won’t be back. Don’t recommend £63 wasted.
