Unfortunately, my sister passed which lead us to; selling her house. I reside in California whereas the house for sale was in Texas. I was unable to fly to Texas to reconcile the estate, therefore I had to retain a realtor 1500k away that I would never meet. That said, after careful research I found and retained James Sharp. He was extremely helpful, professional, guided us accordingly, very kind, and precise. James bridged the gap, crossed every "T" and dotted every "I" which made this experiences priceless. Anxiety comes with circumstances such as this, but James Sharp actually smoothed the rocky road on this journey. I can't thank him and his team enough for all you did for our family.
