We love Terri and her team! They helped sell my parents’ house during some special circumstances and really went above and beyond. Every question we had, every single thing we needed help with, Terri and her team were there to help, take care of it or handle it completely. They really have the experience and have seen just about everything. You can’t go wrong choosing them to represent you as a seller or a buyer!

As first-time homebuyers purchasing a ready new build from across the country, we truly could not have asked for a better experience than the one we had with the McCoys. Jack went above and beyond to advocate for us at every stage- keeping us informed, walking us through decisions, and making sure nothing was overlooked, especially when we couldn’t be there in person. We had many, many questions and Jack kindly directed us with his expertise. He walked us through every document we had to sign with the builders line by line, FaceTimed us on house tours (lol!), and truly made our experience fun. His entire team was equally wonderful! All were organized, quick to respond, and friendly in the closing process. We recommend the McCoys without hesitation to anyone! We are thrilled to be back in the great state of Texas!!
