I had being going to Skyn Lounge before and have just returned with my first appointment with Rarnie. Rarnie was super informative and helpful - explaining everything in a way that kept it easy to follow. The facial was super relaxing and I would highly recommend it. I feel so good after the treatment and can’t wait for my next one.

Outstanding First Visit to The Skyn Lounge! As a first-time client at The Skyn Lounge, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm, inviting, and beautifully designed—luxurious yet cozy and comfortable. I was treated by Hayley, who was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and kind. She took the time to address my skin concerns with complete transparency, explaining exactly what each area required, why it was needed, and what the benefits would be. I truly appreciated how clearly everything was broken down for me, which made the process feel not only reassuring but empowering. During the procedure, Hayley ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I was offered a stress ball to help with any nerves, and she communicated which areas might be more sensitive before each injection. This thoughtful approach made a big difference in helping me stay relaxed throughout. Post-treatment, I received a detailed email outlining everything I had done—including the amounts used, what to expect, and thorough aftercare instructions. That level of follow-up really showed how much care and professionalism goes into every client experience. Overall, I felt incredibly well taken care of from start to finish. I will absolutely be returning to The Skyn Lounge and will be recommending it highly to others. Huge thank you to Hayley and the team!

Maggie was amazingly professional, knowledgeable and really made me feel comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. The space was meticulously designed and thought out, evoking a peaceful and calm mindset. The products used felt fantastic on my skin and also once home my skin looks and feels so much better than when I walked in. Will recommend.
