My husband and I spent about 2,000 replacing existing blown speakers. We bought a decent package to have my car sound really good without additional add ons. I really try to give understanding, stuff happens.... but it was very shortly after new install that my right front speaker blew in my car, after they said I should be able to pump these speakers! Mind you, I have not actually ever gotten the system to full volume. So I brought it to them, they replaced my speaker, and well, it was shortly after that it seems my left speaker is toast now,.... I have given grace into making sure I was wrong. But I bought a new home sound system. 300 bucks.......???? I am so confused as to why my home system sounds better!

I hate writing reviews, but I had to give them a shout out. Fast as hell, and it works great. They were kind and quick what more could you ask for. Definitely will be back when it's time to upgrade my speakers.

They tinted the windows on my 2004 Dodge Ram 1500 back in 2007 and did a good job! If i needed window tinting again i would go back. I've had so many cars since then.

The Sound Factory installed a new Sony XAV9000ES in my 2013 Nissan Frontier. They recommended this unit based on what I was looking for in a new head unit. They scheduled me for a time/date at my convenience and notified me prior to the install date. When I arrived, they got started right away and completed the job in about an hour. The new head unit is great and the install was perfect. There prices are very competitive and reasonable. The people working there and the owner are very experienced and not just trained last week to do car installs. They handle all installs from simple to very complex setups. 5 star rating easy. Highly recommended!

I have had two vehicles tinted here. Everytime I work with the staff the provided great customer service. They always do a phenomenal job and ensure that you are fully informed prior to work beginning. I wanted the best tint and that's exactly what I was provided.
