Amy is a wonderful person and her place is so magical. Like a tree house feel. I love the hammocks and the different classes held here by many instructors. So blessed to have such a special place in lexington!

Coming to one of Amy's weekly sound baths back in February was the best $25 I've ever spent! I used to absolutely HATE Mondays and the Sunday night sound bath sets me up now to wake up feeling refreshed and ready to start my week on a positive note. Sound healing has left me with a calmness and inner peace that I never imagined was possible. This experience has opened my eyes to a whole new way of thinking and I've met a lot of great people, too. Now I try to attend a sound bath or workshop every weekend and it's my favorite thing that I look forward to all week. If you are thinking about it - DO IT!

Wow! What a fantastic experience! This was my first sound bath ever. As a businessman I've always thought that I didn't have enough time to go experience a sound bath. Afterwards, I realized that if you think you don't have enough time to go, then you're the one that needs it the most! It is a very welcoming place. All the things that you would be concerned about, you don't need to be concerned about. Just go and do it!

We booked a private Resonance Retreat as a teambuilding activity for our spa therapists and staff. The studio is spacious and inviting. Amy did a beautiful job setting up the space and explaining the benefits of sound healing to our group. She took time after the session to answer our questions and to teach us about the instruments she used. 5 out of 5 stars! We will definitely recommend!

So soothing and therapeutic! Go to a class ASAP! This experience was restorative and grounding. I live a hectic lifestyle and I found myself to be so at peace during and after the sound bath. The owner Amy is truly a light in the community and I couldn’t recommend her healing more! 10/10 I can’t wait to come back!
