We had 50 minutes of Swedish couples massage. It was amazing but super expensive.

The best spa experience in New Orleans. Above and beyond service, soothing atmosphere, and Lana is an amazing therapist. Will certainly return for any special occasion (or excuse for one I can think of).

Employees were fantastic. Everything I would expect from the Four Seasons. Massage was perfect and exactly what I wanted. Price is high, so just know you aren’t getting a value when you come here. Quality comes close to making up for it. How pricing is presented is a bit of a problem. I called and asked how much a couples massage was and was given a price. When we show up. Surprised to find out, they had given me the price per individual and it was basically double what I was quoted.

I had a spa service here and everything and everybody exceeded any expectation I could ever have! Customer service was top tier from the door greeters, valet, & the entire spa staff! My massage therapist Ms Lana is so talented. My session was so therapeutic and comforting. Her spirit was so sweet & loving! I didn’t want to leave. I will definitely be visiting again!! Thank you for making my birthday so special!
