The stress relief massage was absolutely gorgeous - I felt amazing after it thanks to Jacqueline who was so lovely. Couldn’t recommend it enough!

Just had an wonderful massage at the Spa from an excellent therapist, Ava. She made me feel at ease and loosened out my back & shoulders expertly. Feeling very relaxed now going into Christmas.

Overall a great place to treat yourself but not entirely 5 star worthy. It’s expensive for what it is - the spa facilities are small and it would’ve been nice if the rooftop jacuzzi were included or if the hydro pool were warmer. The massage was relaxing but I would’ve liked more pressure (the therapist didn’t ask). The facial was good as well but there was a lot of fumbling around through drawers etc to get supplies throughout—having a cart with the supplies ready would help this. It is a great location though and the staff are lovely, will return

I had the best experience this past weekend at the Merchant Spa. The facilities are incredible and the service was second to none. Thank you to Briony (masseuse) who was so lovely and made my experience great. I can't wait to go back for a full spa day! I made a day of it and also went for the afternoon tea in the Great Room and it was absolutely beautiful. I would highly recommend.

I had been gifted a trio spa experience by my husband for Christmas and got around to using the voucher today. Started off a 60 minutes hydro therapy experience, then a back massage, facial and foot massage. My therapist Julie was lovely, made me feel relaxed and comfortable. I'm not a massive talker when I'm at the spa and it was great to just be able to relax and feel comfortable, safe and cosy with julie. The back massage was sensational and one of the best I have Had in the merchant this far. Facial was excellent as always and the finish off foot massage was just the perfect ending to the experience. It's safe to say I am feeling very relaxed and stress free after my spa experience today. I love the merchant spa and cannot recommend it enough. Thank you Julie 🥂
