DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT STAY AWAY! I deeply regret trusting The Spanish Group with my important documents. This experience has been a massive waste of time, energy, and money. If you have paperwork for official submission, stay away. Despite paying for "certified" services, the translations I received were amateur and unusable. There were obvious mistranslations and careless omissions throughout the text. It is incredibly clear that no real proofreading occurred before delivery. The formatting was a complete disaster. Instead of providing clean, organized text, it looked like a raw, unedited software scan. The layout was chaotic, making the final result completely unprofessional and unacceptable for any official use. Their operations lack basic transparency. They are very efficient at sending automated messages to demand more money, but they cannot seem to track their own transactions. On one order, I was hit with extra charges just to proceed because they changed how they calculated the price mid-order. On another, a "discount code" actually resulted in an additional charge. When I requested a refund, they had the nerve to ask me to hunt down the transaction details that they should already have in their own system. When I pointed out the poor quality of the work, I was met with tone-deaf, automated "Customer Success" emails thanking me for my order and hoping I was "satisfied." They have zero accountability and refuse to provide a simple refund for work that is fundamentally flawed. This company is a dangerous investment of your time. They efficiently send automated messages to update prices and charge more to continue, but they cannot respond with quality translations or handle basic transactions. Do not trust them with your important documents!
