DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH IMPORTANT DOCUMENTS. UNPROFESSIONAL AND INCOMPETENT STAY AWAY! I deeply regret trusting The Spanish Group with my important documents. This experience has been a massive waste of time, energy, and money. If you have paperwork for official submission, stay away. Despite paying for "certified" services, the translations I received were amateur and unusable. There were obvious mistranslations and careless omissions throughout the text. It is incredibly clear that no real proofreading occurred before delivery. The formatting was a complete disaster. Instead of providing clean, organized text, it looked like a raw, unedited software scan. The layout was chaotic, making the final result completely unprofessional and unacceptable for any official use. Their operations lack basic transparency. They are very efficient at sending automated messages to demand more money, but they cannot seem to track their own transactions. On one order, I was hit with extra charges just to proceed because they changed how they calculated the price mid-order. On another, a "discount code" actually resulted in an additional charge. When I requested a refund, they had the nerve to ask me to hunt down the transaction details that they should already have in their own system. When I pointed out the poor quality of the work, I was met with tone-deaf, automated "Customer Success" emails thanking me for my order and hoping I was "satisfied." They have zero accountability and refuse to provide a simple refund for work that is fundamentally flawed. This company is a dangerous investment of your time. They efficiently send automated messages to update prices and charge more to continue, but they cannot respond with quality translations or handle basic transactions. Do not trust them with your important documents!

Be careful!! Terrible experience with this company. I recommend hiring local companies that work with their own staff. This company hires subcontracted translators, and once you pay them and something goes wrong, they stop responding. It was a really bad experience with them. I almost had to sue them just to get my money back and have them return my calls.

I have used their services two times. The second time there was a minor error in the translation I let them know and in 30 minites I got the revised document. Their customer service is AWESOME ! I highly recommend them for translation documents.

SCAM!! UPSELL TRAP! I paid for a simple document with only 24 words to be translated from Greek to English. $56.28 for urgent translation + $17.99 for notarization. Then they email me several times to request me paying more and more: "The order you submitted has a total of 2 pages and we only received payment for 1 page." >> +$87.68 I reject and they reply: "Would you ne interested on downgrading your order to standard delivery so that we can adjust the pricing and avoid having to pay any additional fees?" I accept and then they reply asking for more money!!!: "The order you submitted has a total of 2 pages and in line with the policies required upon checkout the outstanding balance for your order would be $13.7 Please be informed that the price for certified translation is $34.99" Don't fall into this upsell trap

Do not trust this company. I asked for a refund because they made an incorrect evaluation of my English credentials—they messed up something as simple as my degrees and dates. Because of this mistake, USCIS misinterpreted it, questioned my case, and denied it. This company is not reliable. They even told me they would issue a refund, and I am still waiting for it months later.
