I heard good things about this gym and I finally got to check out through a day pass. The workout experience was so pleasant! There is a huge selection of equipments and everything is very new! The staff -Lina- was so kind and friendly. If I lived a bit closer, I would definitely get a membership here. They also have very good personal trainers here. Jealous of the people who get to work out regularly here and recommend it to anyone who is local.
This gym is very well maintained. All the equipment is in excellent condition and very clean. The staff keeps the equipment well maintained, but I also see that the people who work out there tend to be respectful to other people. I have a personal trainer that I work out with weekly, and also use equipment after my workouts. If you don’t like the hassle of going to large corporate gyms and going through parking lots/ getting tickets/ validating, this place is perfect. They have plenty of parking spots right behind the gym. Friendly owner and staff.
Stance Fitness in Stanton is amazing! I’ve been training with Alex, and he’s an incredible coach—super knowledgeable, patient, and motivating. He really takes the time to teach proper form and pushes you to do your best every session. The gym is clean, well-equipped, and has a great community vibe. I’ve seen real progress since starting here. Highly recommend training with Alex at Stance Fitness.
I trained with Brad for about a year, and he’s truly the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. The other trainers were also very friendly and supportive, but Brad stood out for his attention to detail and personalized approach to my goals. When I started, I had very little knowledge about workout routines or how my body worked. With two sessions a week, not a single one felt wasted. Every workout was purposeful and challenging. Thanks to Brad, I was able to build muscle, lose body fat, and gain a much better understanding of fitness overall. The gym itself was always spotless, and the front desk staff were consistently warm and welcoming. I highly, highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to achieve their personal fitness goals!
Clean and bright inside, not huge but spacious enough with several machines and a large mirror + standard weights; basically did not have to wait for anything. Music was not overbearingly loud which was appreciated. They offer day passes which was great too if you want to try before buying. Staff was nice as well (shout out to Alex, here’s the review). Restrooms, water, and drinks (to buy) available as well as a sink outside the restrooms in case you just want to wash your hands (loved this actually, the best part of the end of the workout).
