Love this gym!! Trainers are great and there’s tons of stuff for anyone at any stage in their gym journey. ONLY thing that could make this place any better is just ONE of those twist ab machines that you kneel into!

Good equipment and nice trainers. Clean. It's not an intimidating place. People don't go here to be seen, they go to work out. I love that they've added the free group workouts and monthly group workshops so you don't have to pay more to get help, and it's a good way to get to know some fellow gym attendees. That said, I have no regrets paying more for for private training - the progress I've seen with accountability, and the nutrition help has been amazing. I currently train with Paul but they're all awesome - professional and friendly. Update 1/2026: gym changed ownership and is currently being updated with fresh paint and lots of new equipment!

DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. ---------- Sadly I will be changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star until the cancellation nightmare I've fully documented and escalated is resolved. After 2-3 years of being a member here and have canceled my membership and rejoined in the past with no issues, Im beyond frustrated with how my concerns are being handled.
