I’m so happy I was able to book an appointment with them again! I used to bring my dog here since he was a puppy, but after moving out of state we had to stop. Now that we’re back, I’m reminded why I loved this place so much. The team is always so friendly and professional, and they make the whole experience stress-free. My dog usually gets nervous at other places, but here he was calm and comfortable. He came out looking great, smelling amazing, and clearly well taken care of. I also appreciated how easy communication was—they texted me when he was ready, and the whole process from payment to pick-up was simple and smooth. Highly recommend!
This place is amazing! Kailey groomed our 6 month old golden doodle, Louie, for the first time and he looks so good. He returned very happy and healthy. I definitely recommend this place and will continue to return.
Although Scruffy is not a big fan of grooming, once he is through the door I'm told he is very well behaved. He must be because he always comes out looking so clean and adorable. Jen and her crew are easy to work with and want to groom Scruffy so he looks how I want him to look.
Amazing groomers. I have been taking my dogs to Tails in the City for years and they always come out looking beautiful. The groomers are patient and very communicative. The bandanas are always a cute touch.
They did such a great job! It was Kiwi's first time getting groomed. They did an evaluation to make sure she'd be ok and she passed! Bree Han did a wonderful job! The customer service was great! They were very kind and treated Kiwi 🥝 so well! I will be going back! 😊
