I had a bad experience when I was trying to get help with my baby's birth certificate. The woman who helped me insisted on his signature. I explained that he was only 8 days old, and she was very rude and said she couldn't help until her colleague explained things to her. I understand she was new, but she didn't have to be rude. There are ways to ask for or say things.
