Faith at The Tiny Spa in Winston-Salem is truly exceptional. From the moment you meet her, she makes you feel completely at ease with her warm, calming presence and genuine care. Her skill and attention to detail are unmatched—she really listens to your needs and customizes the experience so it feels perfectly tailored to you. You can tell she’s incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does, and it shows in the results. I left feeling deeply relaxed, refreshed, and taken care of in every way. Faith is a true gem, and I can’t recommend her enough if you’re looking for an amazing spa experience at The Tiny Spa.
Faith is hands down my go-to girl for waxing! But because of her radiant personality - you should absolutely trust her with any of your spa + pampering needs!! I can honestly say she provides the most friendly, calming and welcoming atmosphere for you at each appointment and I have been so pleased with all of my visits for waxing. The spa is cozy, clean and private. I will never go anywhere else!!!
I was looking for a spa that would accommodate a party of 8 or so. My husband died recently and I wanted to treat my friends to a spa day because they did and continue to do so much for me. I found this facility online and they were able to work with me. Teri, admin concierge, was extremely helpful, organized, and very pleasant to work with. I gave her contact info for my friends and she took care of the rest in meeting the needs based on my friends schedules for that day. Each person had a choice of either a 30 min facial or 30 min massage. They provided robes and slippers which made the experience even more comfortable and fun. Their is a nice lounge area & they provide some bubbly 🍾 glasses, plates, and silverware if needed. I had food catered in and I brought a game to play while 2 people went back to get their massage or facial. Every person who came out from their spa treatment looked relaxed and happy to have the attention they deserve. It was a wonderful and memorable experience. You could tell the staff really enjoy their job and was honored to provide their services. If I could give 5☆ plus then I would. Thank you a million times for being apart of a fantastic bonding memory to hold on to! The building can be a little tricky to notice and you may pass it. Parking is adequate. Getting into the spa is up a flight of stairs and I'm unaware of an elevator.
Chae’ Bullock and Lisa Rose @ The Tiny Spa were awesome! Great personalities and very professional therapists! Wonderful Saturday morning and self-care with 3 special people in my life! I highly recommend. They can book up to 4 people at a time for small group relaxation.
I was looking for a cute local spa to book couples massages for our wedding anniversary and I found The Tiny Spa in a google search. The staff went above and beyond to get us scheduled for our anniversary date. We arrived the day of and were immediately welcomed with the most relaxing, clean, adorable, intimate atmosphere. You leave your shoes and all your stress at the door and step into the cozy waiting area where you can even start relaxing before your spa services begin. Plush rugs, comfy pillows and cozy chairs to sit in while you wait along with being offered cold refreshing beverages. Every detail down to the fresh flowers and decorations were spot on to create a perfect spa vibe. Then the massage itself was next level. Ten stars! I struggle with anxiety and panic attacks and my body is rarely ever in relaxation mode. The soft, warm blankets on the massage table were amazing. The hot towels and gentle smelling oils and lotions were the perfect addition. I chose medium to deep tissue and my back muscles have never experienced anything like it. Best. Ever. My neck feels brand new and there was even a scalp massage aspect. I left feeling all melty and relaxed but also refreshed and energized. I can’t remember a time lately when I’ve actually felt really good health wise and yesterday was the day. I slept really well that night too which is also something I struggle to do well. I can’t recommend The Tiny Spa enough. Whether it’s a couples activity, a girls trip, or you just go on your own they’ve got your relaxation day covered!
