Training at The Training Ground has become one of the best parts of my day after work. The coaches are incredibly professional, and they know how to make every session fun and engaging. You feel supported the moment you walk in, not just by the team, but by the great people who train here too. I really appreciate the encouragement you get every single day. They push you through tough sets and celebrate the small wins, always backing you. It’s such an uplifting environment that showing up feels easy. The Training Ground is a unique experience unlike anywhere I've ever trained. Classes feel more like PT sessions, equipment is well maintained and staff are always so welcoming every time you step foot in the gym, without fail. Highly recommended

Incredibly easy sign up and entry process. I paid for a week whilst visiting the city at a very reasonable price. The owner is very friendly, the atmosphere us welcoming and the gym is very well equipped, especially how quiet it normally is. Only gripe is that the dumbells stop at 40kg, but I appreciate that's a unique problem to an enthusiastic weight lifter. All machines and equipment is very new and well maintained. Never seen a sparkling water tap in a gym before either!! Highly recommend this place and I've left bad reviews for gyms before.

I booked a remedial massage with Josh from The Training Ground based on a recommendation from a colleague. It was not pleasant but it was highly effective. I felt very comfortable with the service provided. Josh took care to understand where i was experiencing pain and explained his process while working to locate its source. He took care to adjust pressure based on my preference and level of comfort/discomfort. After just one massage I had gone from limping to being able to walk properly again, and after another visit, walking without pain. I recommend Josh to anyone having muscular skeletal issues - he was very knowledgeable and was also able to recommend stretches to help stop the issue recurring.
