I got referred to the hospital from my vet after seeing multiple vets. I attended for my appointment, checked in and after 20 minutes the receptionist informed me they knew I was waiting and I would be seen soon. After an hour I was still waiting and when I informed the reception I would have to go as I have been waiting over an hour I was then seen (the place was not busy at all) I then seen the vet who disagreed with the multiple vets that I had seen before and suggested blood tests and stool sample tests, which I had already completed with other vets. The blood sample tests was done there and then however no results where given. I was then asked would I like to go through the insurance and it would be £30 for the hospital to deal with it on my behalf which I agreed upon. The stool samples I was told to take over 3 days which I did and handed these in. 10 days or so passed and I attempted to contact for an update however there is no phone number and I emailed However had no reply. When I eventually got a reply I was informed they had lost the stool samples and I would have to repeat this again. I requested they send me the sample bottles out to my house which I never received a reply however did get the bottles the next day. I then repeated the stool samples again and handed these into the hospital. I am still waiting on results or any updates which I have not received. I have also asked several times for a food recommendation change which I still have not heard about either. I then got an email from my insurance company stating they will not be paying the bill due to the being on ongoing issue. I then received a reply from the hospital within a couple of days asking for the remaining balance. I still have not received any updates or test results with no contact except when looking for the remaining balance to be paid and I am still in the same position as when I started just £650 down and this is very disappointing.

I have been regularly attending the small animal hospital for several months now to see the neurology team who have helped to manage my dogs epilepsy. Unfortunately despite a lot of effort and the help of these amazing specialists we were unable to give him the quality of life he deserves and had to make the difficult decision to put him to sleep this week. I can truly say without the neurology team I don't believe I'd have gotten these last few months with my amazing dog and they made the difficult process of saying goodbye that little bit easier. Having worked closely with a few members of the team and seen their passion and kindness it has brought a lot of comfort that we had given him the best possible chance.

We were referred from Perth to Glasgow as our cat was poorly, as soon as we arrived rascal was taken immediately for treatment, then a Gemma from cardiology looked after him she was such a lovely vet and kept us up to date with all rascals test results etc I got multiple calls every day, sadly the prognosis wasn’t good but without her we wouldn’t of been bid to take our boy home to spend his final week at home, and they I am forever thankful.

Avoid this place. We had a terrible experience when our family dog was, recently, put to sleep. Staff very uncaring, with the exception of the vet. We were misinformed of the procedure and we were left not knowing what was going on. For a very expensive pet practice this is deplorable. Please train your staff on compassion, as none was shown.

Saved our cats life! Had a brain tumour removed earlier this year; just had a follow up MRI and it's not come back. Love these guys ❤️ Thank goodness for insurance though as brain surgery ain't cheap🙀
