I just want to thank my attorney Katie Morgan. She kept strong communication throughout my families whole case, and did an amazing job fighting for my children to get the best outcome they deserve. Katie was very thorough and precise in all of her work. My family is overjoyed and we feel whole now. Ryan and Karen have been absolutely outstanding throughout this entire process. Ryan’s diligence and strategic thinking were especially evident during mediation. Instead of pushing for quick or convenient compromises like many attorneys might, he took the time to challenge any offer that would disadvantage me and proposed thoughtful counter-solutions that moved us toward a fair resolution. What impressed me most was his ability to make on-the-spot calculations involving parenting time and child support, which gave us clear leverage and confidence during negotiations. I scheduled a 10am phone call and no call or communication happened at 10am. I ended up calling at 10:13am and was told the individual who would be calling was running late and would call soon. Never got a call so I called back at 10:39am and was told the 9:30am meeting went longer than expected and I would receive a call back soon. I am sitting at 11am now an hour after the appointment time for the call. I am very disappointed with the lack of regard for my time and the lack of communication. If this individual knew he was unable to follow through with the 10am time than there should have been communication with staff to give me a call. I am now on hold with them to tell them no thank you but instead of being greeted I was met with immediate hold music. No thank you! To update: Finally got someone on the line and explained I am no longer interested and asked for a call back from someone else to advise of this. The entire time, there was no empathy or "I am sorry" just Ok! Ok! Ok! DO BETTER!
