Tried going to this location one time since I work nearby, and was super disappointed: they didn'tacknowledge us when we first came in, were completely unhelpful, didn't know the products we were asking about, didn't try telling us about offers unless we asked. Everyone was more into their personal conversation. Came in looking to buy lots of different products we were low on but felt out of place and went to the CH location where we usually go instead to buy everything.
Had everything we were looking for, probiotics, protein drinks, protein bars. WE were greeted with welcome, and cashed out with a friendly thank you.
Oh I love shopping in-store rather than on-line, especially at Vitamin Shoppe, the staff is so helpful, it's just an experience that simply cannot be replicated online. Thanks Vitamin Shoppe for keeping brick & mortar stores open for folks like me that enjoy professional and helpful service!
