Staff were unhelpful. We’ve never been disappointed at Williams Sonoma with customer the service we received. We wanted to see an item that was boxed because there were none on display. They refused to open it and offered no other solution. We ended up leaving without making our other purchases. Disappointing because we really wanted to purchase the items we had selected but out of principle, we chose not to support this store

Dear Jes: my dear Jes I visited WS on Fair Oaks because I usually shop online. I appreciate your "hospitality" I appreciate your smile 😃 I appreciate your concern to protect my fingers offering to wrap the serrated peeler I purchased. I want to tell the world 🌎 well Sacramento anyway ... when you visit WS on Fair Oaks at The Paviillon "ask for Jes" Sincerely, a neighborhood shopper
