This was the fourth water heater that we had to install after living in our house in 20 years. By far it was the best experience we have had. Marc was extremely professional, thorough, and efficient. He corrected several problems that were created by other plumbers. I believe that our previous water heaters died prematurely because of bad and careless installation. We highly recommend this company if you need to repair or install a water heater. It will save you a lot of money in the long run.

Daniel came out to inspect our water heater and was outstanding from start to finish. He was extremely thorough, explained everything clearly, offered solutions and stayed until the part was installed and everything was working properly. He was respectful, professional, and easy to have in the home. Pricing was very reasonable and booking was simple. Truly great service. I highly recommend!

The Water Heater Company was a pleasure to work with. They were quick to respond to my inquiry and scheduled someone right away. Communication was excellent and I was updated through every phase of the work. They provided me with what I felt was a fair quote to replace my water heater. Specifically, Justin clearly explained the scope of work, estimate, and set clear expectations. He completed all work well within one day, everything worked great, all the piping and fixtures were professionally installed and it looked fantastic. So happy with the service.

We had our water heater replaced by The Water Heater Company and the service was excellent from start to finish. The technician, Mike P., was professional, on time, and extremely knowledgeable. He explained everything clearly, completed the installation efficiently, and made sure the area was clean before leaving. My new water heater is working great. We really appreciate the quality of work and the attention to detail. We highly recommend The Water Heater Company especially if you want a smooth, stress-free water heater replacement done right the first time.

Technician Luke C. at The Water Heater Company is professional, knowledgeable and meticulous. He installed a new Bradford White water heater in Jan 2025 and accurately diagnosed a specific breaker failure on the electrical panel in Sep 2025. Kudos also to Service Coordinator Kariana who really cares about the customer. Co-owner Anthony Hamilton knows everything about water heaters and water systems — do not hire any other company to install/care for your water heater. The Water Heater Company is the absolute BEST.
