Then, two days later, our hot water heater failed and began leaking all over the floor. We called John’s again and they came right out within an hour and in just a couple of hours we had a brand new hot water heater installed. Their office manager/dispatcher, Anna kept me in the loop and was extremely helpful. We are very impressed with this company and will use them for all our plumbing needs.
