Loved this trip! Far quicker and more enjoyable way to reach the dock from the station than walking - really interesting to chat to the chap who piloted us too - he's the marine engineer who maintains the boats but always drives a couple of days a week too so he can pick up on anything that needs attention. Sit near him and you will find out how the taxis came about and lots of fascinating facts!

Well, what I can say? That it was not a pleasant experience tbh. We walked 30 minutes around granary wharf to find where the boat stop is. It’s not located on google maps. We waited 30 minutes before leaving the stop because the boat never came. The QR code isn’t working.

A great service! £3 only for a litte trip over the river, bringing you to the docks or back! The view is pretty and it has its charm! Definitely worth a ride. Need some agility to get in the boat ;)

Have used the water taxis a few times over the years, very nice little boat trip for just £3. Check on their facebook to see if one or both boats are running on the day you want them and you can use the live tracking website taxitrak to see where they are if your waiting for one to arrive. The boats can hold 12 passengers per trip. Highly recommended.

Great mini trip down the canal this morning. Plenty of parking at Leeds dock following the postcode given on the water taxi website. Easy to find the pick up/drop off point close to the museum. Skipper Laurie was very welcoming and full of good banter for both the kids and the adults. The ride is about 12 - 15 minutes and cost £3 per person via card. Dropped us off at Granary Whalf and we walked back following the canal side and then went to see a free show outside the armouries. Definately worth a visit, something the children will remember.
