From the very beginning of my wedding planning journey, I had followed and admired the incredible work of the wedding coordinators. Their professionalism, attention to detail and timeless style were exactly what I envisioned for my own wedding. When we enquired at the Georgian Mansion and discovered that coordination was included in the wedding package, it became a very easy decision to go with the venue as we knew we would be in the best hands. Throughout the planning process, working with Zeleka was an absolute dream! She was always accessible for questions, ideas and site visits, and her creative input reassured me that she was just as passionate about our wedding as we were. The service offered was not only highly professional but also incredibly thoughtful and personal. We were even given a dedicated wedding coordination website where we could input every detail both big and small, so that on the day itself we could be completely hands-off and simply enjoy ourselves. A month before the wedding the team seamlessly took over communication with all of our vendors, collecting every detail from arrival times to contact names, much of this without needing our input. Zeleka also created a detailed timeline for our wedding party and close family, which covered everything from check-in times and welcome dinners to vendor set-up schedules and hair and makeup schedules. It was so thorough it felt like the day was being run with film set precision! And it worked beautifully!! On the day itself we felt completely at ease knowing everything was being managed. We didn’t have to worry about where people needed to be, because everyone already knew and if there was ever any confusion, Zeleka and her team were right there to guide and direct. If anything didn’t go to plan we never noticed and that’s the mark of true excellence. We are beyond grateful to have had Zeleka and the team as part of our wedding. Their attention to detail and calm, expert guidance allowed us to fully enjoy the most important day of our lives. After parting ways with our planner one month before our wedding, we thought it would be impossible to find someone who could handle our 2-day celebration. Where do we begin?! Where we thought our wedding was going to end up, and where it ended up were two completely different places. Thanks to TWC, it far exceeded everything we could have imagined. We still had a lot of suppliers and details to be confirmed including our table layout, florals, staging, drapes, and yet they were still able to bring us to the finish line. Whilst the majority of the team dealt with handovers, supplier confirmation & logistics, Zeleka was on call nonstop to guide us through tricky decisions using her extensive knowledge & expertise, she advised us & she fought our corner when something was off or didn’t feel right. TWC gave us complete peace of mind. They triple checked everything to ensure there were no surprises on the day (they found a couple) and they provided solutions which helped us get rid of last minute disasters. We felt we not only had a coordinator but also a friend who cared about our wedding day as much as we did. TWC moved schedules around and made arrangements to ensure their coverage was effective and they even saved us some money by lending us their own furniture for our ceremony. On the day, Zeleka and Maria managed the entire wedding effortlessly. They were coordinating our arrivals while simultaneously looking after our guests and families. They made adjustments on the fly when the inevitable timing problems arose due to late guests. We are unbelievably grateful for Zeleka and her expert team, who helped to make our wedding an absolutely incredible experience for not only our guests, but us as well. (July 2025) We’d planned a large (250+), hybrid English-Indian wedding with complex cultural elements, with quite a specific vision for how we wanted the day to unfold in terms of both look and feel. With the ‘Maintain Control’ package, we brought in The Wedding Coordinators in the last month before the wedding to help us finesse and execute our plans. Before booking TWC, we’d already worked so hard on the vision for our day, but were finding it hard to see how it would all piece together and flow (e.g. vendor setup, timings, guest guidance etc) without having to direct the operation ourselves. We had dry-hired our venue, so we’d otherwise be responsible for pretty much everything, and were starting to feel fearful that we wouldn’t be able to actually be in the moment, sit back and enjoy it. But booking in TWC meant we could relax and be ‘guests on honour’ - and our families too. From the first phone call, Zeleka put so much time and care into understanding all the elements we’d booked in and piecing it all together in a way that would feel seamless and enjoyable for everyone involved - from guests, to our families, and even vendors. Their experience shows. On top of the logistics, Zeleka and the team have a great innate sense of style and attention to detail. Things like neat presentation, symmetry, visual balance, colour, spacing… Zeleka and the team just get it. These are all things that we really cared about being right, and with our blessing the team made suggestions and adjustments (both before and on the day) to make sure everything looked and felt the best it could. My partner and I both had fun, relaxed wedding mornings thanks to this. We had a unique circular seating set up for our ceremony (see photos) - not easy to pull off with so many seats - and you can see at a glance just how perfectly spaced everything is. It was absolutely beautiful and we have the TWC team to thank for this. I could go on and on, but the bottom line is - we have no regrets whatsoever about booking The Wedding Coordinators. They were a joy to work with and brought calm to chaos. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat to anyone planning a complex or important event!
From the very first call with Zeleka in 2023, I knew I wanted to work with her and The Wedding Coordinators for our June 2025 wedding. Her calm confidence, warmth, and clear expertise instantly reassured me, and looking back, choosing this team was one of the best decisions we made during our entire wedding journey. Their takeover a month before the wedding was outstanding. They immediately contacted every single one of our suppliers and issued a personalised detailed timeline for the day, ensuring that everyone knew exactly where to be and when. It was one of the most organised parts of our planning process. Honestly, it allowed me to fully focus on enjoying my final month as a bride, knowing everything was in expert hands. When I say they are super organised, I mean it, their communication, planning, and attention to every moving part was flawless. On the day itself, Zeleka, Maria, and the team went above and beyond, doing everything our paid stylist failed to do, and more. The stylist, who had repeatedly told me I didn’t even need coordinators, did not attend the wedding, and left the team with no examples, no notes, no floral plan, nothing. Just a few vague voice notes and photos that the coordinators themselves had to send in an effort to clarify what was supposed to be done. And yet, despite not being stylists, this incredible team styled every single tablescape, steamed all the crushed linens, and even fixed the unfinished aisle meadows, which had visible styrofoam and tape exposed. They were completely thrown in the deep end, with no idea what my original vision was, and still managed to pull it together beautifully. They also pinned buttonholes for the groom and groomsmen, not their job, but something they took on because the stylist had not finished them properly or used any floral tape. At every turn, they picked up the slack and solved problems calmly, competently, and without complaint. They managed the entire day with grace and precision. If we’d only had the venue’s coordinator, the day simply would not have flowed the way it did. The Wedding Coordinators made sure every transition, entrance, and supplier arrival was on time and seamless, and made both Ant and I feel completely looked after. They even came to my hotel that morning to check in on me and collected my evening dress, so I didn’t have to think about a thing. Each team member was beautifully presented, smartly dressed, and conducted themselves with warmth and professionalism throughout the day. Our guests were greeted with smiles and have since told me how helpful and lovely the ladies were from start to finish. With a team this experienced and committed, you get far more than your money’s worth.
