Paid nearly £69 pounds for an Edinburgh duck, £20 jumper and bookmark. My brother bought just a duck and it only cost him £6 so overcharged by an extremely large amount. Be careful what you pay in shops like this extremely disappointed as I love Edinburgh but this was a true let down!

this guy tried to sell a ripped hoodie and even says it’s not a defect, it’s “supposed to be like that”what a joke.

A great place to buy souvenirs from Edinburgh and all of Scotland! The shop offers a truly vast selection – you can find everything from traditional Scottish gadgets, tartan clothing, magnets, key rings, mugs, postcards, to beautiful handicrafts and local products. The selection is clearly well-thought-out, and there's something for everyone, regardless of budget. The prices are very affordable – practically the same, or even slightly lower, than other souvenir shops in the city center. This is a big plus, especially considering the location and wide selection of goods. The staff is friendly, helpful, and always smiling, which makes shopping a truly enjoyable experience. It's clear that the staff enjoy what they do and are happy to advise anyone looking for a specific item or a souvenir for loved ones. Another huge advantage is the long opening hours – the shop is open until 10:00 PM! This is perfect for tourists returning after a long day of sightseeing and wanting to do some leisurely shopping.
