For the past two years, my mother and I have made weekly visits to The Wine Shop at Loblaws in Eastgate Square, and it has been an exceptional experience every time. This is largely due to one constant factor: Sara. Sara's warm smile and genuine kindness greet us every week, brightening our day without fail. Her outstanding customer service is truly remarkable—she goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is a pleasure. The shop itself is always well-stocked and impeccably maintained, making it a joy to browse and shop. The cleanliness and organization reflect a high level of care and attention to detail, contributing to the overall experience. We cannot praise Sara and the entire Wine Shop enough for creating such a welcoming environment. It's rare to find such consistent excellence, and it keeps us coming back every week. Highly recommended!

The wine shop in the Fortunes is just great. It's all in one place I can grab my wine and pay all in one spot conveniently. The lady at the wine shop was very knowledgeable. I asked for a wine with low carb low sugar and she pointed to the #skinnygrape and it was fantastic! Worked from every angle. Thanks!!
