Called Chris prior to coming in he quoted me for the PS5 HDMI port replacment and i brought it in when i could he finished the job within a few hours of the same day brought it home, bought new HDMI cords, (as recommended) plugged it in, and im back to gaming again like brand new. Chris is very professional, friendly, and efficient at what he does.

Great service! The man the I worked with "Chris" was very respectful, prompt, and communicated very well. I needed an HDMI port replaced on my Xbox Series S, and he picked up the phone every time I called (during business hours). On top of that, the service was done the very next business day at a very reasonable price (compared to competitors), with updates on the progress of my service. Lastly, he even offered me 30 days to report back with any issues that might not have been addressed. Overall, very seamless experience and would definitely work with again!
