Great guy here! I came into the shop w questions about my laptop. I tried doing my own battery change and needed understanding as to why it wasn't working! He was clear to explain what was going on, and helped me proceed with the next steps on how to fix it on my own! If I can't fix it, I would 100% feel confident to bring it back in and have him fix it :)

Its a small business, i got my battery replaced hes a nice guy and has good customer service. My phone was done within 45mins! (Edit: its been about two months and the battery is still going strong. my phone is the iphone 11 and apple dosent recognize the battery, im not sure if thats bad or not but its still charging fine.)
