I came in today because my PlayStation 5 wasn’t not showing picture, I thought it might need an hdmi replacement but after inspecting he was able to get it to boot it up and I was able to get my system back up and running. Great guy here! I came into the shop w questions about my laptop. I tried doing my own battery change and needed understanding as to why it wasn't working! He was clear to explain what was going on, and helped me proceed with the next steps on how to fix it on my own! If I can't fix it, I would 100% feel confident to bring it back in and have him fix it :)
