We used the Theme Team for an event with an audience of 30,000, without doubt this was a decision we do not regret. Everybody left with a huge smile on their face and a branded photograph in their hand showcasing a moment of happiness from their experience. The customer service from Theme Team and interaction with guests was at the highest level throughout the 2 day event and the agility of the team was exceptional as we faced unforeseen weather conditions.
