I’ve been going to Third Space Canary Wharf for just over 1.5 years, and the highlight of my time there has definitely been getting Vincent as my PT. I started training with an injury, and the way he managed it was spot on, smart, calm, and very considered. When I later saw a physio, their advice ended up being basically the same as what Vincent had already been doing. Despite working around the injury, I’ve still made great progress with body recomposition and strength. Sessions are always challenging but well adapted, and he’s really good at adjusting things based on how I’m feeling on the day. I’ve also been going to the Pilates classes and genuinely love them. Few of my favourite instructors been Gavin, Peter, Micaela, Eve, Eliza. Overall, Third Space has great facilities and classes, but having a PT like Vincent really elevated the whole experience.

I have been using the gym for the last three years. I was extremely fit after having the Speed Fiends class with Sally Rees, the Vinyasa Yoga class with David Lefebvre Sell, and Danny Cunningham’s TRX classes. More than happy to say the Concierge team is also extremely friendly, like Amber. I also love Reformer Pilates classes. The value is worth the price.
This gym is genuinely the best, not just because of the amazing facilities but also the people. Myself and my colleagues would rather hang out at the gym now than a cafe, saving money really on this membership by avoiding all the coffees ! Some top classes and coaches to book with (but don’t steal my slot !) : Swimming classes with Alex are so great, I was nervous to book in and now it’s my favourite class, it’s not about speed it’s about skills. If you can get onto a reformer with Micáela you’re in for a treat, she’s so kind and even in a busy class makes time to check in with everyone each week at the end. I start my week with David’s sound bath and it’s honestly just such a great hour to just look after yourself and your mind. And if you want some fun try and get into a Dance Fit class with Stephane, I literally do not dance but that rule no longer applies to a Saturday morning ! All in all it’s just the best place to be, and no one I’ve met has been rude or cared what stage of your fitness journey you are at.
I’m new to working out and for years I’ve signed up to multiple gyms but never actually went because it can get overwhelming for me. This place is truly unmatched. From the classes to the atmosphere! I’ve been doing Pilates and I feel so comfortable and have found it easy to stay consistent for the first time as I actually look forward to coming back to Third Space. Staff are always friendly and there to help which I really appreciate.
