I have been a member for over 3 years now and consistently the facilities, quality of services, classes and equipment are universally excellent and the team are all incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming. If you're looking for a club that you'll meet friends for life and enhance your social circle with, I would say this maybe isn't the space for you, but, even thoug thi is a higher end gym / health club, I have never experienced any snobbery or unpleasant atmosphere, and there aren't a load of 'influencers' taking mirror selfies. I personally am a class Queen and highly recommend the Just Ride (spin) classes along with Sweat X (a cross functional HIIT and treadmill class) along with Force (weights to music). Although this isn't the cheapest option out there, it is 100% the best ROI (for me anyway!) 10/10 would recommend

I love this place (and the Islington branch). Everyone is so friendly, the class instructors are all lovely and fun and positive, the gym and changing rooms are always spotless, the pool has never been busy when I want to use it. It's expensive but it's so nice here that it makes me want to go every single day, so it's worth every penny.

Wonderful experience at Third Space Soho - great swimming pool and outstanding gym space! Lots of many classes to choose from and a warm vibe. Staff is kind and friendly, always happy to help and have a quick chat. The entire space is very clean and cleaners are very friendly too! Definitely recommended 🤩

Highly recommend! Thank you to Anna and Michael for being so helpful and accommodating! Good equipment with renovations planned for 2026. The altitude room is very good if you want that extra resistance 💪

Third Space Soho is a wonderful gym. Friendly, spotless, smelling beautifully, lovely people, great equipment, fantastic classes and awesome swimming pool! 🏊♂️ Plus great personal trainers. Mine is Marcus. 😀 I never thought I could love a gym but I really love Third Space Soho. ❤️
