Ultimate Performance has been an incredible experience, having a 1:1 dedicated & extremely knowledgeable personal trainer training me in the gym twice a week and virtually once a week is a real life changer. I was apprehensive about signing up at first, having not properly trained before. From day one any worries disappeared — the atmosphere at UP Mayfair is really welcoming and I look forward to each session. I’ve been training with Aidan and he’s been great: he made me feel comfortable straight away and really knows his stuff. I had never used a strength/weight lifting gym before so was expecting to feel somewhat intimidated when I joined UP Mayfair but that was never the case. All of the trainers are very welcoming and friendly and there is a wide mix of people using the gym at different stages of their program which really helped me settle in. My main objective for joining the UP program was to discover a sustainable way to become stronger and more toned and maintain that level. My PT George was excellent at outlining the expectations, timeline, tracking progress and providing advise and encouragement. After 6 months I now have a new found level of self confidence, feel strong, energised and for the first time able to consistently attend a local gym to supplement my UP sessions.
