This firm is easy and amazing to work with. Erich Lamirand is knowledgeable, and readily available for any questions and concerns in and out of the tax season. He not only does your taxes for you but helps you understand them as well. Yes, the rates are on the high end, but not for good reason. All of the staff and friendly and the attention to you and the attention to detail is there. Highly recommend this firm to get your taxes done and highly recommend Erich Lamirand for outstanding service.

They did a good job completing my business taxes accurately. Two things bothered me: 1. they weren't transparent with billing and 2. they are expensive (I found a great accountant for 30% less). As with anything in billing, the main thing is transparency. The fee structure should be spelled out clearly in the engagement letter. Whether you are paying a monthly fixed fee, annual fixed fee, or hourly rate, you should know the price tag of asking a question before you ask it.
