Visited on 25 January and had a really lovely experience. The woman who usually runs orders and greets customers was so friendly and approachable — her customer service genuinely made us feel excited to sit down and enjoy our visit. The barista-made coffee was excellent, easily one of the best iced and hot coffees my partner and I have had. It’s also great that they sell their own coffee beans. We ordered the bacon and egg rolls and they were very nice, with a generous amount of bacon — definitely satisfying. The café is easy to find, though parking nearby is limited (not their fault at all). Service was very fast, and there are three different seating options which is a nice touch. Overall, a great spot with quality coffee, good food, and welcoming service. We’d happily come back.

The food here is brilliant, large portions, well presented and delicious. The drinks are the same with amazing coffee and smoothies and frappés. Service is first rate with very friendly and attentive staff in a nice setting. This is a true 5 star breakfast experience. We walk away every time with smiles on our faces.

The portions were rather large for us, but quite tasty. It was good for a heavy brunch. The Moroccan eggs stood out to us. We enjoyed their drinks, and also purchased a bag of their coffee beans to bring home!

Would rate higher if I could. Have never been disappointed going here. The food is tasty, the service is top notch. All the staff are friendly and seem like they actually want to be there. Even when it is busy enough to have to wait for tables, the food comes out in a reasonable time and the quality is on par with when it's quieter. Great menu.

What an amazing place!! Excellent food, superb service and nice casual atmosphere. The owner is super courteous and so are all the staff. A must visit if you happen to be in New Castle. Our only regret was that we didn’t visit it on our first day in New Castle, otherwise all our breakfasts would have been there. Well done team!
