So growing up I was raised Christian. I say that because I was taught 1 way of seeking God, or what some would say “ a higher power”. I have been baptized “ Christian” the whole 9 About 3 years ago I stopped calling myself a Christian and started just following God the same God that the Bible speaks of. I stopped going to church and just tried my best to live my life how the Bible says a person who follows that book to live it. For me that boiled down to doing everything with good intentions, having discipline, loving everybody, having gratitude for every single thing good or bad, big or small. I believe heaven is inside of us But we must act accordingly to understand that. When I came to this meditation session today I had no knowledge of any “ religion” being tied to this or anything I came into this solemnly of the belief that it was pure meditation. So when I walked in I quickly assumed that Buddhism which I have on briefly read about years ago I believe today’s session was about letting go of the negative thoughts, energy, past traumas, anything holding a person back from being a complete peace with one’s self. ( I could be wrong that’s just what I felt in my heart, I went into this leading with my heart not based on knowledge) Today was amazing! Tears fell from my face as I meditated Because I could feel old pieces of me, the negative pieces that caused guilt, pain, self doubt. I could feel those things fade away into a smoke type mist. I’ve never left a review like this in my entire life, and probably never will again. I left this review to let someone out there looking for truth, looking for peace. This is the place that will guide you in that direction. This place is awesome. I was nervous ive never done this before in my life. I’m a 31 year old black male With dreads and tattoos all over my body They made me feel so welcomed! It was a small group of people And every single persons energy was vibrating at such a high frequency you couldn’t help but be happy But feel so safe and at peace This is life changing. I thank you so much and I will most definitely be back!

One of, if not the best, meditation centers in all of Pittsburgh. Also seems to be the most active out of the whole. Absolute gem for younger people who want to learn more about meditation, spirituality, and the like. I know this is something we, especially us young adults, have a deep sense of seeking for. Trust me when I tell you this is the one. You WILL have peace and happiness when you come here whether you like it or not!!

The benefits of coming to this self arisen mandala palace, with all the great qualities present, cannot be measured. If you are looking for a profound spiritual transformation, or even a Sangha to practice meditation with and the like, if you want to better yourself in every way shape and form, to learn mental skills to achieve your dreams, I cannot recommend or urge you enough, run, do not walk. It’s also a great place to meet like minded positive and loving individuals.
