Professional and efficient at every step of the process from a thoughtful, thorough bid/estimate (which came in at what I anticipated from various sites online), the office staff's amazing communication along each step, to the actual crew and lead operator. I have a 1942 house that needed a full roof removal and replacement. I really did my research into roofing companies since I knew it was going to be a real undertaking. I boiled it down to 2 choices and the shear professionalism of Three Tree Roofing was what made me choose them. They sent emails including videos of exactly what to expect ~ from tear down to replacement and clean up. I was provided a packet with all of the roofing material details and provided warranties for materials and work. They also offered an annual roof maintenance/gutter cleaning program, which will cost less than I have been paying currently, so i added that option on. I am SO happy I went with them ! There was a little gap in their schedule, so they fit me in weeks earlier than anticipated. Even with wet weather, they were done in 3 days. They had a dumpster and honey bucket delivered the day before, so they were ready to go. The team was early each day and up on the roof working at their designated start time. Our yard and driveway was left immaculate when they finished, as if they hadn't even been there ! I appreciated having a different person from their team specifically in charge of each step and they would call me or text if I preferred, and always followed up with a thorough email outlining anything discussed. There was no guesswork or worry at my end. My new roof is absolutely beautiful ! What a bunch of wonderful people to work with ~ I feel very lucky and know that I made the right choice.
Three Tree Roofing did a great job on our roof. Every step from initial bid through completion went smoothly, and all the people we worked with were very customer service oriented. Our roof is a flat roof membrane, so we got an experienced crew that specializes in that. They were really great. Very steady and efficient on the job, no messing around. The crew lead was very nice to us, and took time to explain the job steps and any issues. Equally important, the crew lead was very good with his employees. I think that says a lot about the company. I highly recommend Three Tree Roofing did.
After receiving many quotes we chose Three Tree Roofing. Their price was in the middle but we liked the quality of the products that they were using and warranty. All employees we encountered were friendly, professional, and helpful. We had them replace our roof, skylight, and gutters. So happy we chose this company and very satisfied with the end result. Would definitely recommend Three Tree Roofing!
