They have good deals on stuff, but the aisles are very close together.So it's hard for 2 people to be in the aisle at the same time.

I am writing to formally report several concerns regarding my recent visits to Thrift Gaint on NWH. During my visits, I observed that luxury bags are being sold at high prices despite appearing to be counterfeit. Furthermore, I encountered significant communication barriers, as the staff members present were unable to speak English, making it difficult to receive assistance or have questions answered. I also have concerns regarding the store's hiring practices and professional conduct. The current lack of staff diversity appears inconsistent with inclusive business standards. Additionally, I found the service provided by the employees to be unprofessional and unhelpful. I am bringing these matters to your attention to ensure they are reviewed and addressed appropriately.

This is our favorite thrift store Everything is always neat and well organize by size. Everyone is always friendly and eager to help greet you as you walk in , you can tell that it is a great place to work by the eagerness to help by everyone there! You won’t regret visiting this location
