They have good deals on stuff, but the aisles are very close together. So it's hard for 2 people to be in the aisle at the same time.

I am writing to formally report several concerns regarding my recent visits to Thrift Gaint on NWH. During my visits, I observed that luxury bags are being sold at high prices despite appearing to be counterfeit. Furthermore, I encountered significant communication barriers, as the staff members present were unable to speak English, making it difficult to receive assistance or have questions answered. I also have concerns regarding the store's hiring practices and professional conduct. The current lack of staff diversity appears inconsistent with inclusive business standards. Additionally, I found the service provided by the employees to be unprofessional and unhelpful. I am bringing these matters to your attention to ensure they are reviewed and addressed appropriately.

Spectacular deals and service! Aida was my cashier; Magaly helped pack my breakables; Alan carried my heavy boxes to my car; and the security guard assisted in the whole process. Outstanding in every way!
