Mike at TicToc Watch Repair has won my business forever. I had 2 Citizen Eco-Drive watches that were not running. After some quick discussion, he told me he couldn't service them himself, but as he has an account with Citizen, he'd be happy to send them in for me. Citizen did eventually service them and return them, and Mike did a pressure test on one of them where he wasn't sure Citizen had done it. Both watches run perfectly now. When I asked him what I owed him, he simply charged me what Citizen charged him. I said "you're not making any money here" to which he replied "Well, that's right...I didn't do anything!" Mike is pleasant, knowledgable, detail-oriented, and above all HONEST. He kept in touch the whole way through the process. He and his father and brother also operate a flower shop (the watch repair is inside) and sell really lovely flowers. Pick up a few while you are dropping off or collecting your watches. I'm happy to keep my business here with Mike and his family.

I had them work on my vintage Omega. It now keeps perfect time and looks splendid- almost like new. A far cry from the condition it was in when I sent it Great workmanship at a reasonable price with diligent communication and fast service. Wholeheartedly recommend.

Mike at Tic Toc Watch Repair was fantastic. He was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and clearly knows his craft. He took the time to explain everything and offered very fair pricing for the work. The whole process was quick, smooth, and completely hassle-free. If you need watch repairs or adjustments, I highly recommend this place. 10/10 experience.

Tic Toc Watch Repair is a tiny repair shop operating within a Flower shop on Sunset blvd and Kingsley. Mike is a nice, very competent and knowledgeable person. He offers a wide variety of watch service from band repair to cleaning to battery replacement and more. His customer service was ridiculously amazing!! I called if they can replace my leather band on my old watch. So I stopped by and he had a dozen of styles, colors and size of bands. Price of the band and service were reasonable. Overall, I am very satisfied with Tic Toc.
