I stumbled across Tic Toc and decided to call in regards to getting my Rolex Datejust serviced. Mike answered all my questions and said he provides a free estimate so i took it in. He took a look and explained everything he was going to do. I dropped it off, Mike texted me a few weeks later. All the services were completed and it's been working flawlessly ever since. I’ve taken two Rolex watches to Tic Toc Watch Repair and both times Mike delivered great work. He stays upfront and honest about what you need and what you don’t. He also does his best to work with your timeline, which matters when you don’t want your watch gone forever. His craftsmanship shows and you can tell he takes pride in what he does. You feel like you found a hidden gem. They also have plenty of parking in the lot. That makes a big difference when you bring in high end watches and want a quick, stress free drop off.
Mike is great. He serviced my Rolex datejust in a couple weeks for a fair price. Watch has been running better than ever, keeping excellent time. He even has a special water testing machine so I know it’s properly sealed. He put new gaskets and ultrasonically cleaned it as well. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

Mike resized a new stainless bracelet for me for a very fair price. We talked horology for a bit as he was removing links and making micro-adjustments. Very nice owner. Will return for other services.
