Ahmaad did an awesome job on my car! Super friendly and took his time to make sure everything looked perfect. The car came out spotless inside and out. You can tell he actually cares about the work he does. Definitely recommend going to him if you want your car looking brand new!

Wonderful service ! Ahmaad, especially was very sweet and attentive. He came around making sure everyone was okay and enjoying their experience. He definitely gave a memorable experience that makes you want to come back! I will definitely be back. Aside from that, great car wash and great vacuums. The other staff were very attentive as well. This is the only car wash I’ve been to where the atmosphere is extremely friendly, their attention to detail and customers is immaculate!

As a well-known customer at the Tidal Wave Autospa, all of the employees are great, but the one that caught my most attention is Natalie, who is a very caring, a go-getter, an achiever, and a hard worker. She is overall an amazing employee I could see her as a leader in each and every car and interaction with her customers. She works with a smile and a humble heart. Her outcome of her work is fantastic and she details meticulously in every car. Her customers always leave happy and satisfied with her detailing and car washes. I am proud of her and I highly recommend her to everyone. Natalie deserves a raise for her hard-working ethics and repeated customers.

Top Tier Service – Kevin Was Awesome! Came by Tidal Wave Auto Spa on Battleground this past Saturday and had an all-around great experience. The wash was fast, the vacuums worked great, and the whole place was clean and easy to navigate. What really stood out was the manager, Kevin. He went out of his way to help with my vehicle, made sure everything was done right, and took the time to walk me through the other services they offer without being pushy. Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just genuinely wanted to make sure I had a good experience. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. I’ll definitely be back. Appreciate you, Kev! :-)
